Biography

Bar Ozery is a compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with experience supporting adolescents and young adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and is dedicated to helping clients find healing and strength.

Bar takes a person-centered approach, meeting clients with empathy and respect for their individual experiences. She believes healing begins when people feel truly heard and understood. To support lasting growth, she also incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), offering practical tools for managing symptoms, challenging unhelpful thoughts, and building resilience. Her work often focuses on strengthening relationships — with oneself and with others — as a foundation for well-being and fulfillment.

As an immigrant, Bar brings a perspective that helps her connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and honor their unique stories. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones and finds peace by the beach, where she feels most grounded and renewed.
