Biography

Diane believes that our early experiences and relationships shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and navigate life’s challenges. Sometimes the patterns we develop to protect ourselves or cope with difficult experiences can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Therapy offers an opportunity to better understand these patterns, heal from the past, and develop healthier, more fulfilling ways of living.

With over 15 years of experience in behavioral health, Diane works with individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, family conflict, and life transitions. She also specializes in addiction and substance use concerns, recognizing the connection between emotional experiences, relationships, and coping behaviors.

Her therapeutic approach integrates trauma-informed care, attachment perspectives, and family systems theory, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Bowen Family Systems Theory, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She tailors treatment to each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

Above all, Diane values the therapeutic relationship and strives to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted. She believes meaningful change begins with self-awareness, compassion, and connection. Her goal is to walk alongside clients as they gain insight, strengthen relationships, and discover new possibilities for healing and personal growth.
