Biography
Hayley is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. She received her BA from McGill University and her MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.
Hayley has experience working with adults in community mental health and facilitating therapy groups with veterans. She meets her clients with a soft strength, joining them in the intimate exploration of self, gently confronting the parts that may feel scary or painful to face alone. With open curiosity, she helps clients deepen their self-awareness and self-trust, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Her approach is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, integrating ACT and Humanistic approaches through a trauma-informed lens when appropriate. Having lived and worked in New York City for over a decade before becoming a therapist and having lived internationally, Hayley brings a wide perspective, deep warmth, and East Coast practicality to the therapy room.
Hayley is also a 400-hour-trained yoga instructor and, when beneficial, incorporates mindfulness, breathwork, and body awareness into her work.
