Biography

Lorraine Perez is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings. With over a decade of experience in both inpatient and outpatient environments, she brings advanced clinical expertise in chronic disease management, acute care, occupational health, and behavioral health.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from California State University, Long Beach and completed her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner postgraduate certification at Western University of Health Sciences.

Her clinical background includes roles in urgent care, acute care, occupational health, and hospital-based nursing, including leadership experience. She has also served as a clinical instructor and lecturer, contributing to the education and mentorship of future nurses.

As a PMHNP, Lorraine has specialized training in evaluating and managing psychiatric disorders across the lifespan and is committed to delivering holistic, evidence-based care. She is recognized for her compassionate approach, leadership, and dedication to excellence in patient care.
