Biography

Melanie Knafla is the Clinic Manager at Neuro Wellness Spa’s Lake Forest location, bringing extensive experience in behavioral health operations and advanced mental health treatments, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Esketamine therapy. After graduating from San Francisco State University, she relocated to Southern California to begin her journey in the mental health field. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in optimizing healthcare operations while maintaining a strong focus on patient-centered care.

Passionate about making mental health care more accessible, Melanie is dedicated to helping remove barriers that prevent individuals from receiving the support they need. She believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to feel heard, supported, and valued, and she brings this philosophy to both the patients she serves and the teams she leads. Through compassionate leadership, she fosters an environment of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning, empowering team members to build confidence, develop their skills, and reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys music, cooking, and exploring Southern California’s diverse cultures and cuisines. Her professional purpose is to lead with empathy, inspire growth in others, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients, colleagues, and the communities she serves.
