As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a master’s degree from Charles Drew University, Jamie has a deep passion for improving both mental health and physical well-being. Jamie has been in medicine since 2009, first as a Registered Nurse and now as a PMHNP, where she has extensive experience in intensive care, perianesthesia, and trauma psychiatric care across all age groups, from pediatrics to adults. This diverse clinical background allows her to approach each patient’s care with a comprehensive perspective, integrating the latest evidence-based practices to provide the highest standard of care.
Jamie is a proud member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and continuously stays up to date with the best evidence-based practices in psychiatric care. Her goal is to empower and support her patients on their mental health journey with compassionate, personalized care.
When not working, Jamie is a mother of two young children, and loves spending her weekends with family. Staying active is a big part of her life, and she enjoys skiing, running, and hiking. These activities help Jamie to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life, ensuring that she can give her best to both her patients and her loved ones.
